He also assists clients on effective follow-through of recommendations. Mr. Russo offers over thirty years experience in Operations, Staffing, Sales, Merchandising, Management, Advertising, Business Planning, Public Relations, Market Research and Product Development.
Product Development
Industry Advisors, Inc. networks throughout the world with various manufacturers that provide the finest quality and competitive prices to meet the needs of the client. Industry Advisors, Inc. has a liaison office in Taiwan for monitoring product development and special projects throughout the Far East. Mr. John Huang manages the Taiwan liaison office, Best Craft & Design Co., Ltd. Industry Advisors, Inc. not only provides sourcing for a specific product, it also develops artists' concepts from sketch form into three-dimensional products.

In order to meet the educational needs of both the retailer and the
supplier, Industry Advisors, Inc. provides educational seminars focused on strengthening all areas of day-to-day business. Topics

Industry Advisors, Inc. provides incoming and out-going telephone sales support for clients who prefer to operate solely as the supplier/manufacturer with limited customer contact. Industry Advisors, Inc. assists in creating a marketing strategy for activating sales leads and developing an account base. The teleservice department contacts individual prospective customers in an effort to secure sales for the desired product line.
